A refund of money the customer paid for a service will be governed by our Refund Policy.
After the completion of registration Propertychennai customer service team will do a background check to confirm serviceability of the order. If found unserviceable the customer has the choice of either cancelling the order or altering it. Propertychennai team will then confirm the order within 5 working days during which period the customer has the option of withdrawing or amending the order. The customer may make a payment after the order is confirmed. In any unlikely situation that the customer wishes to cancel the contract, after paying the annual subscription, he/she shall receive the prorated amount of the annual subscription value paid.
